How a practice cancels its MediPal subscription, what refund applies, and what happens to data afterwards.
Practices may cancel their MediPal subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to anas@medipal-ai.co.uk.
On cancellation, we will refund a pro-rata amount for any unused portion of the current billing period, calculated from the effective date of cancellation.
Following cancellation, MediPal's standard retention limits continue to apply as normal (consultation content is not retained beyond its ordinary retention window regardless of subscription status). Any practice-configured settings or account information will be deleted in line with our Records Management Policy following account closure.
If we make a material change to the service that reduces its functionality, we will provide reasonable notice. In this specific circumstance, the practice may terminate immediately, without needing to give the standard 30 days' notice, and will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the current billing period from the date of termination.
